SHIPPING
When will my order be shipped?
The production will usually take between 3~5 working days, depending on your order. Subsequently, upon satisfaction and confirmation of your product, we will ship the order out. Our team is dedicated to ensure that every item meets the best standard before a prompt delivery.
What is the duration of the delivery?
Normal Standard Delivery: 3~5 working days.
Express Delivery: next-day delivery upon completion.
RETURNS
What is your exchange policy?
After receiving your order, you have a maximum of 3 days to check the product for any defects. Please do not hesitate to inform us should there be any issues with the products. We appreciate your kind understanding as we try our best to meet your satisfaction.
When will I receive my refund?
If the product is defective due to our negligence, we will issue an exchange. If the customer refuses, a refund will be issued within 3 working days. In such cases, we prioritize ensuring customer satisfaction and will assist in facilitating the return process. Additionally, we encourage customers to reach out with any concerns or questions regarding their purchases.
What is your return policy?
After receiving your orders, you have 3 days to inspect the product and let us know if there's any issues with the orders, Afterwhich, we will not accept any return. Return only when the item is not what you ordered.

Is there an option for self-collection?
Yes, you can! Please make an appointment with me 2 days prior to collection day. As I am working, I cannot cater to last-minute requests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
